1. Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@krskara.com to obtain a return authorization. Please indicate reason for return, order number on invoice, product(s) being returned and attach pictures of damaged bottles/jars if applicable.
Once you have received authorization, please securely package the item(s) and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.
We will process the exchange once we have received the returned item and verified its eligibility. Please note only unopened items in their original form will qualify for an exchange.

6. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance at info@krskara.com. Please attach pictures of the damages product and order number on invoice.
